The team here is exceptional. The quality of the custom work is unbelievably good: Their sewn appliqués and embroidery literally could not be better, and the service is incredible. Working with them to develop custom artwork is always a wonderful experience—they really go above and beyond to bring your vision to life. They are super fast, too! I’ve been a customer for decades and I am always impressed and love coming back.

Worst customer service. Guy opens the store late and never seen someone move so slow. When trying to pay, the guy behind the counter acted like i was bothering him.

They were wonderfully welcoming, they take every opinion or suggestion into consideration and they produce fantastic products. The owner, who's an uneducated and vile person who calls himself a hat maker, Should really do himself and his business a favor and stay home. Perhaps let a hired hand with a bit of interpersonal skills talk to people instead.

I got my custom hat over the weekend and I love it! Yes, it was expensive but that was to be expected for a custom embroidered hat. I have had tons of compliments on it. It's still a cheap way to advertise my business. I will be ordering more in the future!

Mauvais service après vente

I’m writing this review because the service here was not very good along with the fact that one of the staff members is very rudeMe and my husband lived in Vancouver, but I recently moved here. He came to visit me and he’s originally from Japan now in Vancouver they never say anything when you bend the rim a little bit when you’re trying on the hat and that wasn’t the problem hereI can understand, not wanting people to bed the rims but when you’re working at a location that’s less than 20 minutes from the airport you shouldn’t be rude to customers about it. I don’t know her name but she had blonde hair and she was short. Slim build she was working yesterday around 1 o’clock noon but when my husband was trying on the hat and obviously he didn’t know that you’re not supposed to bend them because nobody had ever said anything before but the way she said it was hey you guys don’t bend the hats until you buy them and then she was giving us dirty looks after that my husband was going to buy the heart before she said that but he was so taken back about her attitude that he put the hot down and he wanted to leaveI work in customer service and it’s just common sense when you work that close to an airport be polite to your customers, because most of your customers might not be from that city or that province, and some stores may in force different rules. She caused the store to lose the sale that day because of her attitude. Not only did she make my husband feel embarrassed because she said it to him loudly from across the store. She didn’t even come up to us and say it so everybody heard but he was so taken back by how she acted and how she was giving us dirty looks that he decided that he just wanted to leave the store. This is a polling behavior.
